Dan wynn
Active Duty Officer, Real Estate Investor & Owner of Military CashFlow
Dan started his investing journey working on “fix & flip” projects with large residential investors during his undergraduate studies. He has since completed several flips, buy and hold projects, and multifamily transactions on his own while continuing to serve as an active duty Army Officer. Dan is regularly invited to give personal finance and real estate investing seminars to military units, family readiness groups, and other related functions. Dan is currently a graduate student pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Master of Trusts and Wealth Management (MTWM).
Dan created the Military CashFlow education platform to help other servicemembers build wealth and create passive cash flow.

Mike Glaspie
Co-Host, Investor & Educator
Mike Glaspie is a Commercial Real Estate Broker in North Carolina. He served ten years in the US Army, with a majority spent in Special Operations as a Green Beret. Since purchasing his first investment property in 2014, Mike switched his focus to creative investing. In less than a few years, he completed several transactions in a variety of ways such as Subject-Tos, wholesales, flips, buy and holds, and syndications. Mike currently holds rental properties, hotels, and short-term arbitrages in multiple states and cofounded an investment centric real estate team—all while serving full time in the military.
Now as a veteran, Mike continues to practice real estate with a focus on educating other veterans on how to build the lifestyle they deserve through creative investing.
